“Young Bauhaus” is a group of young people aged between 17 and 23 who will be meeting every Wednesday at 5.30 pm from 4 November 2026 at the Temporary Bauhaus-Archiv to discuss architecture, design and the Bauhaus, and to create art together.
Based on the motto “Sound as colour, colour as sound”, the festival focuses on the concept of synaesthesia on 13 and 14 November 2026, inviting the public to experience sound, colour, space, physicality and movement in a whole new way.
In our new Bauhaus Lab workshop “Geometry? Himmeli!”, we experiment with dimensions, rhythm and structure, taking inspiration from traditional straw “Himmeli” ornaments.
“Bauhaus Books No. 1 – The Women Photographers” presents 25 women photographers associated with the Bauhaus and, through numerous illustrations, brings to light their photographic work. The book is available at the Bauhaus-Shop.
