A series of three photographs in the holdings of the Bauhaus Archive shows an experiment from Joost Schmidt's lessons: a line sets itself in motion and geometric bodies emerge. One hundred years later, this is still fascinating to observe.
We build our own experimental box, let paper ribbons rotate and record our results on video and photographically.

The workshop will be led in German by the educators Cornelia Durka and Doro Petersen. Both of them can also explain the tasks in English to you.

You are also welcome to drop by spontaneously and see if there are any workshop places available. However, please don't be disappointed if all the places are taken.
